Violist. Photography enthusiast. I was born in Berlin in 1989 and studied viola in my home town as well as in Weimar, London and Lübeck. As a member and principal violist of the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra and trainee at the orchestral academy of Staatskapelle Berlin I had the privilege of working with some of the greatest conductors of our time. I have now found my musical home as principal violist with Staatskapelle Halle including the Händelfestspielorchester and am regularly invited to work with the Gewandhausorchester / Oper Leipzig among others. I have furthermore performed with period instrument ensembles including Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin and Les musiciens du Louvre and am honoured to be part of the Mahler Academy Orchestra's Originalklang project. I have obtained a passion for both nature and photography from my father which allows me to go for adventures and find wonder while still nourishing my creativity.
